- Information we collect from Service Providers
We collect personal information from PROs offering their services. This information (includes but not limited to business name, business address, business Profile, phone number, email address, reviews and rating, and other relevant information) is partially or completely accessible to all customers using USH Website, either directly or by submitting a request for a service. PROs are required to create an account to be able to access certain portions of our Website, such as to receive service request notifications, submit a quote in response to a service request, chat with customers, and request information. If and when PROs create and use an account with USH, you will be required to disclose and provide to USH information including personal contact details, bank details, personal identification details (such as National I.D. card/Driver’s License/International Passport/Voter’s Card whichever is available, Facebook account URL, etc.), guarantor’s personal details, skills, job specialization and participate in polls or surveys or feedbacks etc. Such information gathered shall be utilized to verify and authenticate registered PROs, ensure greater customer satisfaction and help a customer satiate their needs. Data are always used as aggregated information, and may be shared with trusted USH partners (“Partners”) to provide them with information relating to how USH visitors 'use' the Website.
- Information we collect from Customers
During the account registration process and during your usage of USH Website as a customer, we will collect information such as your name, address, mobile number, email address and other personal information. We may also collect personal information that you post in your Service Request, Profile, or Feedback, and any comments or discussions you post in USH blog, USH in-app messaging service on the mobile application, or any comments you provide during dispute resolution with other users of the USH Website.
- Information we collect from Vendors
During registration and usage of USH Website as a vendor, we will collect personal information including but not limited to name, address, mobile number, email address. We would also collect information on the PROs registered under your account (includes but not limited to name, email address, phone number, Profile). We may also collect personal information that you post in Service Requests, feedback, comments via USH in-app messaging service or any you provide during dispute resolution with other users of the Website.
- Use of Information we collect
Collected information helps USH understand its users' needs better, in order to improve its product and service offerings. Personal information may be used to contact users for the purpose of research, product development, marketing, or customer service, if the user has opted to receive such communication. USH may make personal information on USH profile as well as other supplied information available to clients on a need basis where the intended use is to make available PRO to users. USH will not be held liable for any alternative use of such information by any individual or organization. User search activity is collected and analyzed and may be utilized by USH in the aggregate or in the abstract for a variety of business purposes.
- Background Verification
The Service Provider (PRO) acknowledges that as part of the on-boarding process, USH may undertake background verification checks of the PRO in order to authenticate the genuineness and competence of the PRO. In light of the above, the Service Provider (PRO) expressly consents to and acknowledges the following:
- that if the Service Provider is desirous of editing and/or deleting his/her digital record from the Website, you are entitled to do so by sending an email to our support team.
- USH reserves the right to take appropriate actions (in its sole discretion) pursuant to the outcome of the background check and verification.
USH reserves the right to record the conversations between service providers (PRO) and consumers facilitated by USH through the messaging/chat mechanism on the platform to safeguard the privacy of consumers and service providers (PRO). All the chat/messaging logs can be used to but not limited to monitor and prohibit abuse, safeguard the rights of consumers and service professionals, resolve disputes.
