PRO Registration Guide
Steps to enable a service provider complete registration and successfully receive service request Notifications.
Once the app loads, choose language ‘English’ (Fig. 1), then choose continue as ‘Provider’ (Fig. 2), on the next screen tap ‘JOIN AS A PRO’ (Fig. 3)

On the next screen (Fig. 4) enter in one of the categories [Business, Craft, Event, Fitness & Wellness, Home, IT, Lesson & Tutoring, Repair and Technical Support] which best suits your business type/area of expertise
Once a category is entered, hit next and select the service(s) which you intend to register for. (Fig. 5)

Where Do You Work with Your Customers?
Choose from the options provided which best suits your business requirement. Select all options, if they apply.
Enter your business address and choose from the options provided via map. Hit next and proceed to step 4.
Fill out the personal detail forms (Fig. 6 & 7) [all fields marked with * are mandatory]

Once all mandatory fields are filled and a clear image of Driver’s License/International Passport/Voter’s Card/National I.D. Card is uploaded, hit next to proceed (Step 5).
Enter in your business details. Ensure to provide two guarantors and upload at least three required documents out of the five. Without at least three uploads, your registration would not proceed successfully.

Follow through the forms diligently, then hit ‘Sign up’. A successful registration process will show the prompt ‘Signed up Successfully’.
Before signing into your Urban Service Hub account as a Service Provider, check the email you provided for registration for an activation link that has been sent. Click on the activation link.
N.B. Upon verification of the documents uploaded and information provided by Urban Service Hub admin, your account will be active and you can log in successfully.
On the sign in screen (Fig. 11), enter in the login information – email and password provided when registering and hit the ‘sign in’ button.
Upon signing in, the app loads the home page (Fig. 12). Locate the menu button (Fig. 13) at the top left, tap on it open the side menu as shown in Fig. 14.

On the side menu as shown in Fig. 15, tap anywhere on the provider info to open personal details page (Fig. 16).
Edit and update your personal information. Check and make sure that ALL fields are filled, especially the following:
- Residential Address and Landmark
- Facebook Page URL
Ensure everything is accurate, then save. Next proceed to step 10.
From the main menu, tap on ‘Business Profile’ to open the business profile page (Fig. 17).
Fill out ALL missing fields and complete your profile. Pay special attention to the following aspects:
- Website URL
- Year founded
- No. of years in the business
- Business Description
- Business Established Date
Make sure to update Business profile and Personal profile, in order to receive service request.
